We have roles which are target driven sales roles as well as client management roles which are less target driven. All roles require prior knowledge of the UK education system or a willingness to learn about the education system.

Jobs at Winchmore Tutors

Education Consultants are responsible for expanding our business and building your own desk of clients and tutors. Recruitment consultants may work on a geographical area or specific education area i.e. schools or looked after children. Certain areas are more target driven than others. Education consultants interview and place tutors on mainly long term assignments. The role involves first class customer service to clients and tutors as well as an understanding of the importance of selecting the right tutor for the job and controlling the quality of subsequent tuition.

Team leaders are responsible for motivating their teams to success, hiring new education consultants and reporting to senior management and are also required to run their own small area.

Branch Managers are also responsible for performance management of their team and sales and business development in larger established branches.

Compliance/admin officers are responsible for arranging the screening and vetting of tutors prior to work, arranging training for all tutors, keeping all regulatory files in order, as well as undertaking general administration and reception jobs such as greeting tutors who are coming in for interviews and as a result officers must be well presented, organised, with a keen eye for detail.

On occasion, we also require other staff such as finance, accounts and payroll, marketing staff.
